           Guess who finally made it to the wonderful world of blogging? It's about time. I can't even remember the last time I really blogged, but I'm assuming it was back in the days of myspace. Did I just say back in the days? It's official, I'm getting old.

           Getting back on track, I felt it was time for me to blog. Not because seemingly everyone else has one, I'm not conforming here, not this time. Will this change lives? Probably not. Will anyone ever read it? Highly doubtful. But this is for me. This is my outlet. Where I can rhyme, rant and talk about things I normally can't. Isn't that what the internet's for? 

          Basically, my perspective is that we all have so much stuff going on, whether it be work, school, relationships, self-image, it's all too much to tackle on our own, so we either express ourselves or search for someone to share our feelings, so they can express them for ourselves. I'm ready to do it on my own, let my voice be heard and get my point across. I never intend to offend anyone and if we don't agree on something, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I'm done with depression and suppression and not feeling like I haven't been granted the privilege to speak. Now I'm all about being heard. :)
